Ramneek is good host.giving three stars for their good behaviour n reduced two star because when we dropped our pet, host place was super clean n when I went to pick my pet,her house was very badly stinking where i wasnt happy with!! And other drawback, we were told by saransh(snouter person) that we would everyday receive images and videos,only first day she host has sent, other days we had to keep on asking the host for images n videos.i was very skeptic in leaving my pet as it our first time leaving her in boarding so was happy when saransh n host both told me we would be getting daily updates,whereas we never got any updates without we asking them from r images n videos.only wen we ask they send!! Behaviour of host- very polite Cleanliness -2.5 Care-3(as place isn't clean, hygiene definitely comes under care,i was told by saransh it would be hygienic but wasn't when I went to pick up,only first day place was clean when we went to drop our pet) May be if above two points were taken care of i wouldn't mind giving five stars.hosts must b proactive when we leave our pets and if host is proactive it definitely makes pet parent tension free and also should be clean!!
