It’s a home filled with love for animals. Your pet is in safe abode till you are away. I have never tied my pet, wants them to enjoy the space. It’s a 2BHK overlooking the mountains, sunrise from every room and a wide view of sky with no buildings close by, rare to get such views in Mumbai. The flat is well lighted and airy as it’s on 26th floor in a high rise apartment.

I have always been an animal lover, my entire childhood is filled with memories of me playing with cats and dogs. I got my first pet, a female lab 10yrs ta back in 2012 when I settled. People usually buy a house, car post getting married. I got my first pet. She was my childhood dream. I have had great memories of her, she came to into our life before my son. She was always called as a elder sister to my son. I miss her beyond words as she left us for heavenly abode few months back. Molly was the most gentlest dog; one would have ever met. She was gentle, calm, shy, loving, her personality was such that no one would ever fear in her company. Since beginning she knew how to behave with kids. I miss my God sent angel.

After Molly passing away, felt very pet sick. Also I always felt a need the need to have a homely stay for pets, it happened very organically that I turned into a pet boarder. I had no plans. So whenever I get a pet at home from Snouters, it’s taken care as my own baby. I can relate and understand completely how a pet parent feel when they leave their pets for a while. So this makes me easily connect with pet parents. I am able to answer, share updates, photos and videos; basically timely updates and also share some interesting reels. I don’t really need motivation to do something which I have been passionate about. It’s just happens. It’s just my love for these pets which is deeply rooted.

Pets who have stayed with us are family. Their need is our responsibility. It’s like I am taking care of someone’s else baby. I can’t make a mistake or goofup, so I am extremely cautious and aligned to the needs to pet parent. Take the entire food chart, likes,dislikes, walk time, peep/poop time, what’s comfortable for a pet, their sleep timings etc from a pet parent. I never tied a pet, make them at home while they stay with us. Ensure they feel it’s their second home.

We are a family of 3 and a full time support. Both of are working. Full time supports takes care of the house, pet and my kid while I am away at work.

I am a HR professional, this is my full time job. I leave home around 8-9am and back around 7-7:30pm. But before going to office, I finish the jobs of a pet staying with us.
