My dog isn't a fan of having a bath but they managed to calm him and get the job done. Only reason for no 5 stars is that (1) they did not adhere to the appointment time and came one hour later than planned and (2) the post grooming clean up of the bathroom could have been better as there was hair all over the cabinet and in the drain hole that had not been properly cleaned.
