Boarding / Day care Cancellation Policy
Yes of course. We understand that plans can change. For your peace of mind, all our hosts and sitters are moderated by a standard cancellation policy. The cancellation policy allows a refund on your booking amount after deducting a 20% fee, if you cancel 48 hours before the booking starts.
After the 48 hour window to your booking date starts, unfortunately we will not be able to refund your booking amount. The cancellation policy only allows a refund on your booking amount after deducting a 20% fee, if you cancel 48 hours before the booking starts.
Rescheduling a booking is only allowed 48 hours before the stay starts. In other cases the current booking will not be subject to any refund. Refunds, if any, if rescheduled before 48 hours will be processed after deducting a 20% fee.
All refunds have a processing time of upto 7 working days.
Grooming Booking Cancellation Policy
1. Groomings which are unfulfilled due to Snouters partner unavailability are subject to full refund
2. Groomings which are unfulfilled due to customer unavailability during the assigned slot or pet not cooperating in grooming session are subject to a 50% refund.
All refunds have a processing time of upto 7 working days.
Snouters Shop Cancellation Policy
1. Snouters shop Orders which are unfulfilled by partners on platform are subject to full refund.
2. Cancellation of Snouters shop Orders before the shipment of products will result in full refund.
2. Cancellation of Snouters shop Order are not allowed after the shipment of the Order. For cancellations after the order shipment, there will not be a refund.
