We had the worst hosting experience with Snouters this time. We have availed their services earlier and had very good experience. We left our puppy with the host for a week and explained his schedule and food requirements in details before confirming. We were assured that the host was completely ok with it. Since it was Diwali time we did not ask for pictures and updates on daily basis. When we went to pick out around 11:30am we were in shock to realise that he was not given breakfast and was not taken for a walk for natures call. We were in utter shock to see him gobble his food once home and drink a bowl of water like crazy. He has a very healthy food habits and would eat only when hungry but we have observed that he gobbles food and water and keeps looking for food. This has happened only after his stay. This is unacceptable behaviour and made us doubt that these home stays are any better that shady backyard stays. We would not recommend Dakshata to any pet parent and like Snouters to be more vigilant about this type of hosts on their website.

Had a great experience with Snouters! Even though it was quite short notice, Neelam helped me reach out to and find potential hosts for my Husky. We were quite worried how he would react, as the last time we kept him in a multiple dog boarding home, he was very depressed. But Dakshata and Sahil looked after him with lots of love and care! He seemed extremely happy and we would definitely board with them again!

Our experience of leaving our furry baby was wonderful. Dakshata took care of our kitten really well. She was cuddling with them that says a lot because usually she is very scared of everything. I think I found perfect place for Mishti now when we are away. ❤️

Great place to leave your furry babies. Dakshata Sharma and her husband took excellent care of my Kitten. My pet was even slightly reluctant to get off their lap and come to me. This says a lot on the love and care given to my baby. Thanks Snouters and Dakshata. I can now travel without having to worry.

I am very much happy with the way Dakshatha took care of my little pup, my pup was also very happy to stay with them. I m looking forward to have them host my little one in future as well if required, i thank snouters for such a gud idea and execution
