My pet tuffy was with snouters for 4 nights in one of the pet caretaker karthik. When i went to pick him up he was completely there lying outside the home unattended and the doors were locked from inside. When i asked him he told that there was an emergency case so he had to take another pet who is inside the home. But even that pet was tied inside the home. Would really appreciate who ever has registered with snouters to take care of the pets as your own as it hurts alot to see my pet like that. But definitely snouters can be tried with other pet home boardings.

Karthik and his wife took very good care of my two pets. He shared photos as regular updates. This was the first time my pets were with anyone else other than me, they seemed to be very comfortable with them. Karthik took them out for walks and also ensured to take them out for their nature calls. They are wonderful with dogs.

This is the second time that I had left both my cocker spaniels with Karthik and Pooja. They came back very happy and clean. Their paws, fur and overall their health were all very good! I am very happy and always relieved when I leave my two doggos in Karthik and Poojas care. They have an adorable 3 year old son who plays and takes care of the doggos. Pooja from snouters always makes the whole process very smooth. Thank you snouters and Karthik and Pooja

This is the first time I am leaving my GSD with another person. I was a bit worried. But I was in a surprise when my pet adapted to Karthik. He took care of my dog very well and took care of him as if it were his own. Thanks to Snouters now I can go out of town without worrying about him.

Karthika was an excellent host, my dog is quiet sensitive and gets home sick very easily and I was afraid he would howl like he usually does when we go out of staanf have to board him, but this time Karthik made my dog feel comfortable and safe, no howling or crying he made our vacation a vacation for our dog as well and I'm grateful for the constant updates reassuring us of our pets day to day activities. This is now my dog's home away from home.

I had left my two cocker spaniels Theo and Tipsy at Karthik and Poojas home. I have never ever left my dogs anywhere, this was the second time, the first time wasn’t a pleasant experience. I ran through multiple profiles and Pooja from Snouters was kind enough to understand my concern and apprehension. She patiently handled me❤️ Karthik and Pooja have a cute independent house with a large terrace. They have a huge bed on the floor for the pets as well as a diwan in their sitting room. They constantly updated us through pictures and videos. The best part is they have a beautiful little 2.5 year old boy who is very pet friendly and constantly plays with the dogs. My Tipsy is usually very anxious, but she was very comfortable with them. They also do pick up and drop for the dogs. Overall I am very very happy with the way they took care of my little ones
