We had used Snouters in Delhi and the experience was so good that we did not have a second thought for using snouters in Bangalore. Sakshi from snouters was very approachable and provided us with options for pet home boarding for our fur babies Jasper and Shira .She was transparent with details of each of the options provided. We chose Prajwal and Chaitra for the home boarding of our pets.They were very keen to know the details of our pets from behaviours /habits / commands etc. They paid lots of attention to details so they can make the stay comfortable for our fur babies. They were patient with Jasper and Shira so they could get acclamatised with the new environment stress free. There was clear updates on daily basis on how they are doing and how they are behaving. This really helped us to have a tension free vacation.Prajwal and Chaitra took care of Jasper and Shira as their own. And their own pet Sparky was so accommodating and patient with Jasper and Shira. Sparky was a great company to my fur babies. For any pet parent who wants to have a stress free vacation we highly recommend Snouters and if you are in Bangalore Prajwal and Chaitra pet boarding will not disappoint you for sure. Max, our 7 year old golden retriever was boarded at Prajwal and Chaitra's through Snouters for a week, while we were away on a vacation. Forever grateful for the love and care with which he was cared for during his stay there. Really appreciate all the prompt support and response from the Snouters team, especially Sakshi, who was always there to patiently help and resolve all of our queries. Our boozo had a pleasant stay with prajwal and family. We were kept updated at regular intervals,so we were stress free of our pets wellbeing throughout our trip .prajwal took a great care of buzo while his own pet sparky seemed very friendly and of cool temperment,he helped our buzo adjust well in new surroundings,we are satisfied and would recommend them to other pet parents as well
