Rauniqa

As a pet parent travelling with and without our dogs always requires a lot of planning. We recently used @snouters_petcare for home boarding of Jasper and Shira. We had a fantastic experience.Rauniqa and her family took care of Jasper and Shira as their own.Our fur babies had a really good time. Really appreciate the timely update on how their day went. Highly recommended. We will surely be using snouters again

A day before my planned trip, my pet, Stella got her very first heat, and therefore all the other boarding centers declined to keep her, as it was against their policies. I knew it was a crucial time for her, and therefore not only wanted a safe environment for her, but I also wanted to make sure that she is around people who can give her some love and warmth too. While searching on the internet, I came across Snouters and the hosts listed on the website. Within in a span of 15-20 mins, I was assigned a host. I was very lucky to have found Rauniqa and family, who took such good care of my Stella, especially at a time when she not only needed some basic care and maintenance but also needed emotional support and lots and lots of cuddles. The hosts were extremely warm-hearted and considerate. They made sure to send me regular updates via pictures and videos of my pet. Just in a few hours I knew my pet was in safe and responsible hands. The entire family was very thoughtful and they kept and loved Stella just like their own dog. I came back to a very fluffy and happy version of my pet. I cannot thank Snouters enough for coming to our rescue and making this such a wonderful experience for me and my dog. I'm sure I'm never leaving my pet with any other boarding again. It will always be one of these homestays that are provided by Snouters. Thanks again! - Dipanshu Chadha
