I want to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional dog boarding services you provided during the four nights and five days my dog stayed with you. From the moment of pick-up to check-out, your warm and welcoming demeanor made both me and my dog feel truly at home.
The regular updates, including daily videos and pictures shared at least 2-3 times a day, were not only reassuring but also kept us connected with our furry friend throughout the stay. What impressed me the most was the remarkable connection you established with my dog, considering her usual hesitation and trust issues with strangers. Your ability to make her feel comfortable was evident, and it was reassuring to see her enjoying her time without any signs of fear or submission.
In contrast to previous experiences with other dog boardings, where my dog often displayed submissive body language such as a tucked tail and low wagging, the images and videos from your place showed a stark contrast. She appeared at ease, enjoying her meals, playing around, and displaying no signs of distress. Your proactive approach to ensuring she ate well in a new environment, even feeding her with your own hands, reflects a genuine passion and love for animals.
I genuinely appreciate the care and attention you provided to my dog, and your regular updates allowed me to relax and enjoy my time away, confident that my dog was in good hands. I wish you the very best in continuing and expanding your passion for providing excellent care to furry companions.
