We are going out of station and hence choose Snouters for dog boarding (for my 3.5 years old Labrador). Initially we have chosen host- Janani, since that boarding is a bit nearby to my location. Our flight was at 11.30 so we informed the host- Janani that we wanted to drop Bagheera by 7 A.M so that we reach Airport on time. However, the time when we reach the Janani's location, she didn't answer our calls and we had to wait for more than a hour. Finally, Snouters has shared her address with me so that I can locate the house manually. The street has so many Indie babies and they we're literally uncontrollable. They kept on barking for so long and we had to ensure that the situation is not inevitable for any unwanted fights between the dogs. The place is not at all suitable for keeping your pet dog and I am sure, they cannot take the pet outside for morning/evening walks (because of many Indies). Once I entered the house asked for Janani, her mother came outside and informed that Janani is at office and didn't even bother to pickup the pet dog. She went inside the house, came out after sometime and then received Bagheera. Janani has initially informed me that they have a retriever of their own which I didn't have any problem because Bagheera is well socialized with other dogs. However, Janani's boarding has 2 dogs (which is not informed to me earlier) and both the dogs were not at all friendly with other dogs. They kept on barking on Bagheera for so long. We left our pet at Janani's place and came out of the house. Since, we were facing starting trouble of our car, we were stranded there for sometime. During that time we noticed that the other two dogs were not at welcoming with other pets. They kept on barking like anything and we felt so insecure to leave our dog there. Meanwhile, Janani called me and was trying to convince that she will take care of Bagheera and need not worry on anything. But since we already saw the environment and the house, the way pets are treated at their house, we didn't want to take any chance. I have informed the same thing to Sakshi- who's a Snouters representative and she immediately arranged another host for Bagheera's stay. We couldn't stay there for so long and left the location once our car got started. That was the peak moment with Host-Janani where she said if we want to shift the pet to a different host location, she asked us to take Bagheera away from their house. She didn't want to keep Bagheera even for an hour until he's shifted (how heartless person she is). Since, we were in rush to Airport, we couldn't shift Bagheera to a different host location. That is when Host-Sana came as a saviour to me and she picked-up Bagheera from Janani's location on their own. She made sure to divert Bagheera's traumatic experience to a joyful one. Sana is super human-being made sure to inform me on the pickup updates and messaged me once she reached their home. Provided updates on time and at the end of the day that's what you need when you are away from your loving pet. Bagheera was taken care very well by Sana and I really appreciate her for all her support. They have 2 beagle babies at their home and as per what we saw, even they became good friends with our Bagheera. At times they even sacrificed their bed for Bagheera who is a couch potato at home. When we went to pick Bagheera, the two beagles ran up to the gate and didn't want Bagheera to leave their home. That's how our pet is taken care at Sana's place. If I have any plans of going out of station, now Sana's place has become the second home for Bagheera. Kudos to the care which Sana has given to our pet and making his staycation a wonderful experience. Looking forward to chose Sana again for future per stays. Thank you so much Snouters and thanks a lot Sana for making a bad experience (with another host) to a beautiful one. Sorry, for the very long review. But I had to drop this review because people should know how Sana's boarding is different from others. God bless you Sana.
