1. Login into your snouters accounts on https://snouters.com. Select “Bookings” Option by clicking on your profile
2. You will see all the new Booking requests from your customers in the “My Bookings” Page. All confirmed Booking requests will have status “Confirmed/Fully Paid”. Scroll to the booking request you want to cancel and click on “Cancel Booking”
To maintain a good host rating on the Snouters platform, we recommend Hosts to keep the confirmed booking cancellations to a minimum.
