Login into your snouters accounts on https://snouters.com. Select “Bookings” Option by clicking on your profile.
2. You will see all the new Booking requests from your customers in the “My Bookings” Page. All new requests will have status “Pending” waiting for Snouters Host’s Booking acceptance or rejection. You can review the booking details on dates, number of pets.
3. To Reject the booking, click on “Reject Booking Request”. To maintain a good host rating on the Snouters platform, we recommend Hosts to keep the booking rejections to a minimum. Please maintain Host availability calendar up to date on your listing to minimize booking rejections.
